The Financial Aid Office is located directly across from Stanley Park on the first floor of the Horace Mann Center. Our office can help with Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) completion, offer scholarship and loan resources, provide detailed information about financial aid awards as well as give information on educational costs.

The Division of Enrollment Management and Student Affairs
The Division of Enrollment Management and Student Affairs focuses on students first. We are committed to the personal and holistic growth of every individual from prospective student to alumni. The division works collaboratively to provide opportunities that build and foster inclusive communities on campus and beyond.
Admissions
Located in the Horace Mann Center, the Office of Admission provides information to prospective students and families, reviews applications for admission, and works with students throughout the enrollment process at º£½ÇÉçÇø.
Graduate and Part-time/Evening and Online Admissions
Located in Scanlon Hall, the office of Graduate and Part-time/Evening and Online Admissions has a robust history of assisting prospective students throughout the application process and enrolling at WSU. We serve the post-traditional/adult student looking for affordable, quality education with the flexibility that fits the needs of today’s busy student. We assist students with program information, assistance completing the application, as well as onboarding students to the WSU community after acceptance.

Office of the Dean of Students
Located in Ely 209, the Office of the Dean of Students is a centralized advocacy office for all students. The Dean's Office creates a community in which all students feel a sense of belonging, establishes community expectations, and collaborates with students on initiatives both on-campus and in the surrounding Westfield community.
Residential Life Office
Located on the garden level of Scanlon Hall, the Residential Life Office provides a safe and inclusive residential environment that is conducive to personal growth; empowers and challenges residents to reach their full potential; and provides services that meet the ever-changing needs of our diverse and growing population.
Health Services
Follow the rainbow crosswalk outside Scanlon Hall to Health Services. The staff provides coordinated health care, disease prevention advice, and wellness education to º£½ÇÉçÇø students. If specialty referrals are required, they work with students to make those local referrals.
Counseling Center
Currently located in Lammers Hall, the Counseling Center supports students in their º£½ÇÉçÇø journey with a team of licensed and license-eligible professionals. Whether students are struggling with transitions to college, relationships, impacted by social injustices, or have on-going mental health challenges, we strive to facilitate self-discovery, personal growth, and self-empowerment. Center staff also provide consultation, training, education, and outreach to the campus community.
Student Activities, Involvement, and Leadership (SAIL)
On the garden level of Ely Campus Center, Student Activities Involvement, and Leadership engages with all students to foster experiences that build community, connection, and a sense of belonging across campus. SAIL promotes personal growth and self-discovery through practical hands-on learning opportunities held in cooperation with our 60+ clubs & organizations.
University Police
The º£½ÇÉçÇø Police Department is located on Western Avenue. between the Commuter Lot and the main entrance to the university. The Department works to ensure a peaceful quality of life, establish a partnership with the community and support a safe learning environment through fair and impartial policing practices.
The Police Dispatch Center is open 24/7 year-round and can be reached at 413-572-5262.
University Police Officers are empowered by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts General Laws and are certified under the Police Officer Standards and training Commission (POST). All officers enforce state laws, including motor vehicle laws, as well as university rules and regulations and have full powers of arrest.
Career Center
The Career Center supports the career development of our students and alumni through advising, employer partnerships and faculty collaborations. Located in Parenzo Hall, the staff offer assistance with interview preparation, job & internship search, graduate school advising, major/career exploration as well as resume & cover letter development.
